"Cacao thins" may show speckled or marbled appearance. This is absolutely normal and is due to the fact that the pure cacao paste has been handled so that it acquires, depending on the "thins", either a deliciously crumbly or a melting texture by the heat of the mouth.
We suggest to savour our "cacao thins" by finely crushing them between the teeth to enable the pure cacao paste and the aromatic ingredients it is enriched with to fully blend.
